3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of OtoBoard Prep does not create a doctor-patient relationship, healthcare-provider relationship, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, or duty of care to any patient.
No OtoBoard Prep contributor is acting as the user's supervising physician, consultant, employer, institution, patient's physician, or clinical decision-maker.
4. Not Clinical Decision Support
OtoBoard Prep is not clinical decision support, telemedicine, an electronic medical record, a regulated medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a patient-care platform.
Users must not use OtoBoard Prep for patient care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, clinical documentation, prescribing, referrals, or clinical decision-making.

OtoBoard Prep is not a substitute for:

6. Verification Required

7. No Patient Data
Users must not submit patient data, patient identifiers, protected health information, confidential institutional material, or examination-confidential material to OtoBoard Prep.
If such information is submitted, OtoBoard Prep may delete it and may suspend or terminate the account.
8. No Exam or Career Guarantee
OtoBoard Prep does not guarantee exam success, board certification, licensure, employment, residency matching, fellowship matching, promotion, academic success, clinical competence, or any other outcome.
Performance metrics are educational estimates only.
9. Independent Platform
Unless expressly stated in writing, OtoBoard Prep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, sponsored by, or certified by any examination authority, licensing board, medical society, university, hospital, publisher, or governmental body.
10. AI Features
If AI-assisted features are offered, AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or hallucinated. Users must verify AI outputs independently. AI features must not be used for patient care or clinical decision-making.
